The Centrist Party is a United States political party.
According to the Centrist Party's leaders,
"We are a party founded on the ideas of the moderate people. In order for our democracy to be successful, there is no need for far-right or far-left extremism."
History[]
After the party was founded on April 19, 2020, Chairman Right had a lot of trouble trying to expand the party beyond its single member. The reasoning as to why the party had trouble growing can be attributed to a number of factors, but can primarily be attributed to the number of other parties with similar platforms and the party's lack of influence in states beyond California.

A bit after the party's conception, it was able to gain a lot of influence in the state of Colorado and ultimately become the most influential party there. The party was also able to expand its sphere of influence to Kansas, Wyoming, and New Mexico becoming the most influential party in these states. However, this has been subject to change and is difficult to keep up with. The party has also gained influence in almost every other state in the United States. It is the third most powerful party in California.
However, in Chairman Right's absence at the beginning of the summer in 2020, the party noticed a huge rise in popularity reaching heights that no one could have predicted.
Present[]
While the party's growth was unprecedented, it can be attributed to the immense rise in new players in the summer of 2020. The number of active players rose from a few at any given moment to upwards of 100. The party has since grown to over 50 members, as of August 2020. The party's influence has ebbed and flowed as time has gone on and can be expected to increase in the future.
Future[]
The Centrist Party hopes to become the party of the future that can accommodate the needs and wants of the majority of the people - the centrists.
